Pay Rate: $24.25 - $28.75
Welding positions are responsible for performing a variety of welding (mainly Mig) operations to create and build bus body structural components. Protective gear such as masks and Fresh Air Packs provided!
This opening is for the day shift (6am - 2:30pm). There are no holiday requirements and limited weekends (OT is sometimes available). Several levels of career advancement are available, in addition to automatic pay increases which occur in 6 month increments.

Paints prepared fabricated bus body surfaces and parts.
This opening is for the day shift (6am - 2:30pm). There are no holiday requirements and limited weekends (OT is sometimes available). Several levels of career advancement are available, in addition to automatic pay increases which occur in 6 month increments.

Painter/Prep Trainee prepares unpainted bus bodies and parts for painting. This is a great opportunity for those who are looking to learn more about automotive painting.
This opening is for the day shift (6am - 2:30pm). There are no holiday requirements and limited weekends (OT is sometimes available). Several levels of career advancement are available, in addition to automatic pay increases which occur in 6 month increments.

Assembler is responsible for performing a broad range of assembly and installation tasks either directly or indirectly on bus. Coach offers on the job training and can work with many experience levels!
This opening is for the day shift (6am - 2:30pm). There are no holiday requirements and limited weekends (OT is sometimes available). Several levels of career advancement are available, in addition to automatic pay increases which occur in 6 month increments.

50 Years and Counting!
Sam started in 1973 as an 18-year-old high school graduate who decided it was time to get a real job! He said he did what his father told him to do - ‘If someone is willing to teach you something, keep your ears open and your mouth shut.’ This has been a good strategy as he is now our Chief Engineer. Sam commends a great debt of gratitude to the McMullens for his 50-plus years of employment. “He has been a great boss, a better mentor, and one of my best friends. He treated me like one of his other brothers. I'll never be able to repay his faith in me.”
